Speculoos-Cookies

Ingredients
120g Speculoos cream
10 Speculoos biscuits
110g Butter
80g Brown sugar
150g Flour
50g Sugar
1 Egg
0,5 Tsp baking soda
Cinnamon
Salt
Prepare
♥ Preheat the oven to 180° C top and bottom heat
♥ Form 60g speculoos cream with a teaspoon into small balls (approx. 14), place them on baking paper and freeze for at least 1 hour
Cook
♥ Finely grind 10 speculoos biscuits
♥ Mix the speculoos biscuits with 0.5 T baking soda, 150g flour and a pinch of salt and cinnamon
♥ Beat 110g butter with 60g speculoos cream until it becomes creamy
♥ Add 50g sugar & 80g brown sugar to butter-speculoos mixt and continue beating
♥ Add egg and vanilla extract
♥ Stir in dry mixture
♥ Place approx. 14 balls of dough on baking paper, put a frozen speculative ball in the middle and wrap it with the dough
♥ Bake for 10 minutes until the biscuits are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (preferably a little less- the biscuits continue to bake when cooling down)
