Banana bread

Vegan

 

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
80ml agave syrup
4 tbsp coconut oil/ vegan butter
4 tbsp plant-based milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
70g rolled oats
170g spelled flour
4 tbsp walnuts
4 tbsp cashews
2 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
150-200g chocolate

Prepare

♥ Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake it in the oven for 45-50 min

 

 

Cook

♥ Mix 2 bananas, 4EL milk, 80ml agave syrup, 4 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

♥ Crush 4 tbsp walnut and mix with 4 tbsp cashews with 70g oats, 170g welled flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt

♥ Mix dry and wet ingredients and add crushed chocolate

♥ Fill dough in a loaf pan

♥ Half banana, put it on the dough and sprinkle it with agave syrup

♥ Add some walnuts as topping

♥  Bake it in the oven for 30 min (180 °C), reduce the heat and bake it for another 15-20min (150 °C)
